At PeriUrja, we strive to give you the best experience for all our products & services.However, in an unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, full assistance will be offered to replace the item. Email at customercare@periurja.com or coinbox@periurja.com  if you have additional questions.

Refund Conditions

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If you want to return something you bought from us, we will promptly refund or exchange it as long as it is in resalable condition. Returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of purchase and in their original, undamaged packaging. When the product arrives at our facility, our QA team will inspect it to ensure that it is in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not returned to us in fully resalable condition. If you are returning the product due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges and cover the costs of returning it to us as well.

We are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the mail. We strongly advise you to use a tracked service so that you can track the status of your return. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost before they reach us. We will only be liable for packages returned to us if they arrive at our return address. Your package is still in the hands of the postal service provider at this point. If your package is lost en route, you must file a claim with your postal service provider.

How long does it take to replace it?

The replaced product will be delivered to you within 25 business days of its arrival at our facility.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days, or weeks, of the return process being completed by PeriUrja. This procedure may take several weeks to complete in some cases. Please keep in mind that PeriUrja will not be held liable for any refund delays caused by technical issues on the part of our banking partners.

Procedure for Return

Of course, we make every effort to ensure that every product we ship is correct and of the highest quality. Unfortunately, errors do occur. If you received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us at customercare@periurja.com or coinbox@periurja.com as soon as possible so that we can authorise your return. We will ship your replacement product as soon as we receive the incorrect one.
